Sue Green, VP of Compliance and U.S. Human Resources, has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage software and solutions industry. Sue currently oversees the business side of customer success for Nexval’s Compliance and Risk Management software.  She is also responsible for maintaining the 20,000 plus compliance database of ARC’s (Audit Risk Compliance) compliance library. 

Sue earned a bachelor’s degree in English, with Emphasis in Ethnic Literature and Cross-Cultural Communication. She is Lean Six Sigma certified; and holds an SCP designation from SHRM (Society for Hunman Resource Management), and an SPHR designation from the HR Certification Institute.
