Nex-Outreach reaches out to the community by serving populations of people in need of help. The vision of this group is to make our communities a better place to live and thrive. We join forces with other existing organizations in India on various projects that support our corporate mission to "serve others."
Nex-Social: Corporate Responsibility
We make investing in our community one of our top priorities. During the years of COVID, NEXVAL has done outreach to bring relief to communities in need of food and other supplies. NEXVAL also distributed ration kits to 100+ families for COVID- I 9 relief and Cyclone Amphan affected populations.
National Minority Supplier Development Council
NEXVAL holds an MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) certification from NMSDC. NEXVAL is dedicated to work with other minority-owned businesses to facilitate partnerships that advance Asian, Black, Hispanic, and Native American suppliers to fuel their economic growth and prosperity.

These awards serve as a testimony to our strength.
NEXVAL in 2021 is again honored to be recognized by with a Great People Managers award from the Great Manager Institute and Forbes.
NEXVAL also continued to win accolades for Great People Managers from the Great Manager Institute and Forbes. In 2019 and 2020, we scored in the top 100 Companies with Great People Managers.
By 2019, we were ready to give it another try. By concentrating in areas where we had not scored high enough, we were able to submit and win the 2019 and 2020 Great Place to Work in Asia Award.
In 2017, NEXVAL entered their first Best Places to Work in Asia contest. Competing countries were Australia, Greater China, India, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and UAE. Although we did not win that year, we were considered a strong competitor.
