Souren Sarkar, CMB, is the Founder and CEO. He has over 25 years of experience as a technology leader in the mortgage and banking arena. As CEO he drives new business development, oversees client relationships, and takes technology to new heights. His continual research provides a clear vision for Nexval and the industries it serves.

Soumen Sarkar, Founder and COO, brings vast expertise of over 25 years in operations, marketing and strategic management to Nexval. As COO of the company, Soumen is instrumental in driving profitability and top-line growth.
 
Earlier in his career, Soumen had successfully launched outsourcing efforts in India for a UK publishing group as well as a large U.S. Mortgage-backed securities firm. In 2002, Soumen co-founded Inuva Info Management, as a pioneer effort in outsourcing utilizing offshore capabilities. Inuva’s main focus was to test the waters in mortgage and banking technology by offering services out of India. By the time Inuva Info Management had a stronghold in the marketplace, it had already established itself amongst the top 3 India outsourcers in the U.S. mortgage space. Soon after, Soumen joined his brother, Souren, to launch Nexval with the vision of creating a holistic platform to deliver innovative product and service solutions for all stakeholders.

Faizi Shahidi, Head of Sales and Account Management, has over 20 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Business Research and Planning. His expertise lies in pre-sales and post-sales for Information Technology and IT Enterprise Services projects. Faizi also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Faizi has significant experience in identifying and pursuing new, sustainable, value-added business models, as well as new applications with existing and newly targeted accounts. He implemented a companywide Pipeline Review Mechanism ensuring predictability and consistency of performance. He is also actively involved with the organization’s process improvement/SEPG team.

Rik Chatterjee, Global Head of Product Sales, brings more than 13 years of sales and service experience in multiple LOBs. Coming from an arts and sociology background, his expertise lies in scaling up different businesses through innovative strategies and dynamic execution theories. He has engraved his presence in companies like Wipro & Tata Motors while working with NextGen products, through rapid revenue generation, customer base expansion, and account management.

As Nexval's Global Head of Product Sales, he is the key source for establishing Nexval’s products globally with NexGen leadership qualities and state-of-the-art execution methods. He also has expertise in establishing non-dual organizations and selling futuristic technology products.
